LS-50
A synthetic fluid based non-melting inorganic thickened grease with an extremely wide operating range. It was developed specifically for low temperature operation, however, the unique properties of this grease allow its use at elevated temperatures. LS-50 Arctic Low Temp Grease can withstand extreme temperatures and is fortified with special additives resulting in a product with oxidation resistance, corrosion protection, load carrying ability and long bearing life. Recommended for frozen food conveyor bearings, roof fans and blowers, tank trailer transfer pumps, construction equipment, refrigeration pumps, farm equipment bearings and general machinery operating outside or in cold storage.
LS-62
A grease that is a synthetic diester base grease fortified with molybdenum disulfide. It conforms to MIL-G-21164C (ASG). The grease is designed with an extremely wide temperature operating range -100°F to +300°F (-73 to +149°C). It is useful as an anti-friction bearing lubricant as well as for sliding surfaces under moderate to heavy loads. LS-62 grease has been used as a conveyor bearing lubricant in the frozen food industry at temperatures as low as -90°F. This grease has a USDA Grade H-2 rating.
LS-68
A silicone fluid filled with Molybdenum Disulfide to a semi-fluid consistency. The combination gives a continuous operating range from -64°F to +450°F with intermittent operation above 600oF. This product contains molybdenum disulfide which meets MIL-L-7866A. The high temperature characteristics of the silicone fluid coupled with the extreme pressure characteristics of the molybdenum disulfide allows the LS-68 to solve a wide range of lubrication problems.. It has excellent oxidation resistance and can be used on most materials with the exception of silicone rubbers.
LS-100
A an inorganic thickened non-melting multi-purpose grease with outstanding properties. It exhibits exceptional anti-wear and extreme pressure properties. It resists shear, water washout, corrosion and oxidation. Recommended for heavy duty applications including off-highway construction equipment, industrial machinery and other demanding applications. Excellent for cams and cam follower, ball and roller bearings. slides, linkages, etc.
LS-222
All Purpose Grease is a non-melting inorganic thickened grease designed for heavy-duty service where dirt and dust are problems. Fortified to stay put, it will not run out of bearing surfaces due to its good cohesive and adhesive properties. Typical applications for LS-222 are conveyors, chains, slide- ways, mine car bearings, roller bearings, crushers, pulverizers, shredders and electrical motor bearings.
LS-300A
A heavy bodied Silicone Grease fortified with Molybdenum Disulfide and corrosion inhibitive pigments. It has been designed specifically for applications involving high loads operating under high and low temperatures and in marine or other severe corrosive environments.
LS-350
Synthetic High Temp Lubricant is designed for extreme high temperature applications. The fluid base for LS-350 is a temperature stable, synthetic hydrocarbon blended with the appropriate additives to provide functional lubrication between minus 20°F to 900°F. Tests conducted in the 500°F to 900°F range show that LS-350 will not crust, cake, or leave a tarry residue. LS-350 is a non-melting, inorganic thickened, non-carbonizing, non-toxic, graphite filled, synthetic lubricant designed for applications where extreme pressure grease is required at very high temperatures.
LS-558
A lithium 12-OH Stearate multi-purpose grease fortified with Molybdenum Disulfide. The product has good shear stability and oxidation resistance. The Molybdenum Disulfide gives added protection under heavy or shock loading conditions.
LS-755
A lithium hydroxystearate thickened grease containing a synergistic blend of molybdenum disulfide and graphite. Due to the nature of its composition, LS-755 is recommended for extreme pressure applications involving shock loading. It further prevents seizing and galling on heavily loaded sliding surfaces. LS-755 exhibits good mechanical stability, water resistance.
LS-1023
A unique synthetic lubricant designed to lubricate bearings, chains, slides and gears in industrial applications where air temperatures often exceed 260°C. They are ashless fluids and do not contain residue forming solids.
LS-MOS2
Suspension Grade Solid Lubricant is a special grade of powdered molybdenum disulfide which is to be used for the lubrication of surfaces where boundary lubrication conditions exist. It is specifically processed for applications requiring extremely fine particle sizes such as oil or water dispersions.
